Dondrill Glover is a respected figure in Buyer Relations, The International Pavilion, and Brand Impact Ethos at NY NOW. In 2021, Dondrill spearheaded NY NOW's inaugural podcast series, "Our Community, Your Voices," and the acclaimed "Journeys and Narratives in Global Handmade" series. With a decade of experience working with artisans in developing countries, Dondrill is a committed social entrepreneur.

Currently, Dondrill is deeply engaged in craft development and building sustainable enterprises in the Yucatán Peninsula with ATA Mexico and Ethic Foods. Her passion for creating positive change in the global artisan community continues to make a profound impact. 

Lauren Barkume is the Training Director at Creative Learning's Aid to Artisans division. With over 15 years of experience working with artisans, she spent 9 years based in South Africa working directly with entrepreneurs, artisans, and small businesses in the region, developing community co-created programs, designing and running practical business skills workshops for small business owners, and working in collaboration with artisan communities across Southern Africa. Now based in Washington D.C., Lauren is a business owner and professional photographer. Lauren cares deeply about facilitating responsive, community driven development.
